Shipping policy

Ecru is an eCommerce shop – we utilise the services of a third-party courier company to deliver your order to you.

  • Worldwide delivery: 

    • Calculated and invoiced separately after checkout (payable via bank transfer).
    • Delivery times will be advised once delivery rates and options have been calculated.

  • Delivery in South Africa:

    • Orders over R1500 qualify for free shipping.
    • Western Cape orders under R1500 a R60 shipping fee will apply.
    • Rest of South Africa orders under R1500, R100 shipping fee will apply.
    • Delivery to main towns and city centres will take 5 - 7 working days. Outlying areas 7 - 10 working days. We deliver door to door via our chosen courier service.

 

Tracking

All parcels are dispatched with a tracking/waybill number. Once your parcel is dispatched a tracking/waybill number will be emailed to you.

 

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping through a reputable courier company and this is calculated at checkout based on weight. The client is responsible for all import duties and custom tax in their respective country. International order delivery will take between 10 - 14 working days. Insurance for your parcel ought to be taken out and paid for by yourself. Should you elect not to take out insurance, Ecru will not be held liable should your parcel go missing. You will be sent a tracking number where you will be able to track your shipment. The customer is responsible for international returns and this will be quoted separately.

Payment

Your order will only be dispatched if paid in full.

 

Ordering

The dispatch of stock orders will take approximately 1 to 3 working days from the date that payment is allocated to your invoice. *Please note that the lead time for the actual delivery of your items via courier is over and above this.


Should we NOT have your item in stock and should the note on the Product and Shop page confirm the same and allow you to ‘order to make’ you are welcome to ORDER and we will manufacture your selection. There is a lead time of approximately 6-8 weeks. You will be asked to pay upfront for your order.
